SHRIMP AND FRESH TOMATO PASTA...
If you want to reduce fat and increase your protein intake then you need some shrimps!!
INGREDIENTS;
Pasta
-two cloves garlic(minced)
-An onion(diced)
-oil
-Two tomatoes(chopped)
-one red bell pepper(diced)
-Salt and pepper to taste
-one pound cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
PREPARATION;
-IN a large pot,bring salted water to boil.Add pasta and cook for 6min and drain of any excess water.
-While the pasta is cooking,in a pan,add olive oil,Once hot,add diced onions.
-Allow to brown for two mins and then add the tomatoes,garlic and red peppers.
-Add salt and pepper to taste.
-Add the shrimps and cook for three minutes on each side(or until the shrimp is pink on each side)
-Add the pasta and stir thoroughly. Allow to steam for 5mins.
Then serve....Enjoy :-)
